1. Google Drive Authorization On-Demand Trigger
Monica will only access Google Drive upon explicit user consent and authorization. Without authorization, the App will never actively connect to or read your Google Drive data.
2. Scope of Access Minimized Permissions
Monica only operates within folders explicitly selected by the user or on files created by Monica itself for backup/sync purposes. It will never access any other file contents unrelated to your actual use.
3. Credentials & Account Security Zero Storage
Monica never stores your Google account password and will never request login credentials for third-party platforms. Authorization tokens are strictly used to fulfill sync workflows initiated by you and can be revoked at any time.
4. Data Usage & Sharing Highest Defense Line
IMPORTANT
Commercial Ethics & Data Compliance Commitment Monica will never sell your data, and absolutely never shares your personal data with third parties. Your data is exclusively used to power features actively triggered by you (e.g., backup, restore, and synchronization).
5. User Data Control
You retain full control over your data. You can stop using associated features, delete cloud backup files, or revoke Monica's access permissions at any time within your Google Account Access Management (Security ➔ Third-party apps with account access).
